Use of this Website does not create a therapist-client relationship. Viewing content, submitting a contact form, requesting an appointment, or communicating through the Website does not establish a professional therapeutic relationship with Therapy by the Bluffs PLLC or any of its clinicians. A formal therapist-client relationship is established only after completion of the intake process, mutual agreement to begin services, and execution of the required informed consent and disclosure documents.
